In this role you will report dually to the XPEL Head of HR and the Region Leader.Core Duties\nPartner with leaders to align P&C initiatives with business goals and local culture.\nCoach managers on leadership, feedback, and team performance.\nLead local engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.\nLead local hiring and onboarding.\nDrive performance and development conversations across the team.\nLead local pay and benefits alignment.\nEnsure compliance with local labor laws, employment contracts, and statutory reporting.\nAnalyze people data and share insights to inform leadership decisions.\nContinuously look for ways to simplify and improve P&C processes.\nOther duties as required.\nBasic Qualifications\n7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as an Business Partner or Manager in Respective Country.\nBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).\nFunctional knowledge of and/or resourcefulness to ensure compliance withlocal employment laws and best practices.\nProven experience in a global or matrixed organization.\nGreat communication and relationship-building skills across cultures.\nA balanced mindset-strategic thinker and practical problem solver.\nComfort using HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors (Workday preferred)) and HR data analytics.\nFluent in Spanish and English.
