Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality control, and logistics, to enhance performance and output.\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.\n Implement safety guidelines and ensure compliance with legal and corporate safety standards, fostering a safe working environment for all employees.\n Monitor operational performance, analyze production metrics, and report findings to senior management, suggesting improvements as necessary.\nFollow company Standard Operating Procedures and actively contribute to maintaining and improving the company’s business management system.\nEnsure processes remain current and effective while working with accuracy, speed, and urgency to deliver results that support company objectives and customer expectations.\nOther duties as required.\nBasic Qualifications\nA BSE in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.\nFive+ years of related work experience.\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing best practices and lean manufacturing principles. Proven experience in managing manufacturing operations and leading teams\nMaintain work areas in a neat, organized and uncluttered state.\nExcellent organizational and record keeping skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nPerform all activities in compliance with company safety policies and practices.\nOrganized neat and clean work habits\nLifting requirements ability to lift up to 50 lbs.\nDesired Qualifications\nTape, film or other converting industry experience\nKnowledge of converting, coating, and laminating processes\nXPEL is an equal opportunity employer.
