This includes Finance, Technical, Operations & Accounting.\nActively manage relationships with local customer Operation & Logistic teams to facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes.\nAdditional duties as specified by management.\nJob Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.\nMinimum 6 years management experience in a similar environment.\nEngineering experience preferred\nExposure with ISO Quality Management Systems\nDemonstrated management of teams\nDemonstrated project management skills\nCustomer facing experience preferred\nSix Sigma White/Yellow Belt preferred\nMust have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record\nMust meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.\nMust have a reliable mode of transportation and the ability to be on time\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)Outgoing personality\nProfessional appearance and attitude\nXPEL is an equal opportunity employer.
