Reviews orders, maintenance records, machinery, and other records as applicable to determine the daily/ weekly work assignments as well as goals for the week/ month/ quarter.\nVendor and contractor management as applicable.\nOversees receiving activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of product(s).\nCoordinate communication between the internal departments as required to ensure efficient and timely deliverables.\nMaintain warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and safety policies.\nEstablish and maintain good rapport with internal and external customers through effective communication both written and oral.\nAssist with daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counting, and other inventory management functions as needed.\nMaintain the proper working order of all warehouse equipment and tools.\nEnsure compliance throughout the facility to global process standards and work on continuous improvement initiatives.\nAssist with all ISO9001 compliance activities as needed.\nOther duties as assigned\nBasic Qualifications\n5+ years of warehouse/operations or equivalent experience.\nResults-driven with a keen ability to make sound decisions.\nMicrosoft Office knowledge required.\nAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to lift 40 lbs.\nAbility to travel up to 10% of the time as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate's or bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.\nEquivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.\n2+ Years’ experience in general warehouse or related area of management\nXPEL is an equal opportunity employer.
