If you have a strong background in software data engineering, a passion for problem-solving, and a track record of delivering high-quality solutions, we want to hear from you.Core Duties\nDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise data pipelines and integrations from internal and external data sources and other technologies as needed.\nBuild and optimize scalable ETL/ELT processes supporting operational and analytical workloads.\nDevelop and maintain data warehouse, data lake, and cloud-based data solutions.\nCreate efficient data models to support business intelligence, self-service analytics, and predictive modeling.\nEnsure data accuracy, integrity, governance, and security through established best practices.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.\nContinuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.\nParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.\nContribute to the overall architecture and technical direction of the software products.\nBasic Qualifications\nProven experience in data engineering, software engineering, analytics engineering, or related technical roles.\nProficiency in SQL and Python.\nExperience developing and supporting enterprise-scale data warehouses and data lakes.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.\nDemonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.\nA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.\nXPEL is an equal opportunity employer.
