# Agent产品经理

岗位职责 / Responsibilities 1. 产品规划与场景定义： 围绕用户核心用车场景，负责车载 Agent 产品规划，通过用户调研、数据分析及行业洞察，识别高价值需求，明确产品目标、能力边界与版本演进路径，推动智能驾驶、智能座舱等车辆能力的协同体验创新。 2. Agent 能力与交互设计： 结合大模型能力与车辆使用场景，定义多模态理解、任务拆解、工具调用及多任务协同等产品能力，设计从用户意图理解到任务执行、结果反馈的完整流程，输出产品需求文档与交互方案。 3. 端到端体验把控： 负责所辖场景的完整产品体验，明确对话流程、执行条件、用户确认、异常兜底及中断恢复机制，兼顾行车安全、响应效率与交互自然度。 4. 效果评测与持续迭代： 建立场景评测标准与产品准出要求，结合实车验证、线上数据和用户反馈开展问题归因，持续提升任务完成率、执行准确性与用户满意度。 5. 跨团队协作与量产交付： 协同算法、研发、交互及测试团队，明确需求范围、技术依赖与交付计划，推动产品从原型验证到量产上线，并对上线后的体验表现与持续优化负责。 任职要求 / Requirements 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、车辆工程、人工智能、互联网等相关背景优先。 2. 具备 AI 产品、智能座舱或相关领域的产品工作经验，能够独立完成需求分析、产品设计、效果验证及上线迭代，有推动复杂产品落地的实际案例。 3. 熟悉大语言模型、AI Agent及多模态交互的基本原理与能力边界，理解任务规划、工具调用、上下文管理等机制，能够与技术团队共同评估方案可行性，合理平衡体验、效果、时延与成本。 4. 具备扎实的用户洞察和产品设计能力，能够从真实场景出发拆解复杂问题，判断需求价值与优先级，设计完整的任务流程、交互反馈及异常处理方案。 5. 具备数据分析与效果评估能力，能够定义产品目标、评测指标及验收标准，结合定量数据和定性反馈定位问题、验证假设，推动产品持续优化。 6. 逻辑清晰，具备良好的沟通表达与跨团队协作能力，自驱力强，能够在需求和技术路径尚不明确的情况下主动推进，对产品质量与交付结果负责。 加分项 - 有 AI Agent、大模型应用从 0 到 1 上线及持续迭代经验。 - 有智能座舱、智能驾驶或车载语音产品量产经验，理解车辆能力调用与车载交互约束。 - 有大模型应用评测、多模态交互或多智能体协同的实际项目经验。 - 有海外产品设计、多语言交互或国际化项目经验。
