岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责制定自动化技术路线、LCIA简易自动化规划; 搭建自动化开发体系、非标工装/简易机构标准，利用AI智能体等先进技术，研发可复制自动化产品/标准;

2、主导非标自动化设备/方案设计、评审与优化，重点把控可制造性、过程能力及设备智能化水平;

3、主导挖掘现场改善课题，转化为可落地的量化目标和内部技术方案，持续提升OEE/FTT;

4、联动工艺、生产、采购、供应商等关联部门，协调资源解决非标自动化开发过程各类问题，保障自动化项目高质量交付;

5、开展行业对标，协助搭建非标自动化团队，提升团队专业能力和执行力;

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科及以上，自动化或相近专业、工作年限8年以上，3C/集成商非标自动化从业经历优先;

2、精通机械设计、自动化控制技术（PLC/运动控制/视觉检测等）、具备3个以上独立主导的非标自动化设备全生命周期项目经验;

3、熟练使用3D/2D设计软件，具备PLC编程能力有优先;

4、良好的跨部门沟通能力（与机械、电气、工艺团队协作）具备问题分析与文档编写能力（调试报告、操作手册）

5、工作积极主动，具有较强的团队合作能力和抗压能力; 可接受短期出差或现场支持
