有分布式系统或工作流引擎经验更佳。\n4、Agent 辅助开发经验\n真实使用过 agent 辅助开发，知道它在什么场景有效、什么场景会误导，能负责任地审阅产出。\n5、Customer Facing 经历\n有过直接对接用户、处理反馈、在压力下推进问题解决的经验（oncall、支持、交付、开源社区均可）。\n6、做产品的兴趣\n愿意花时间理解用户与业务，对\"为什么做\"和\"怎么做更好\"有自己的观点。\n7、沟通协作\n中文流利; 能与跨职能团队（MLE / Infra / 测试）高效协作，英文读写可支撑文档与技术沟通者加分。\n8、加分项：Oncall / SRE / 生产支持经验，熟悉值班流程与事故响应; 工作流编排、任务调度、实验追踪（experiment tracking）或 ML 平台经验; 了解训练/评估/推理流水线基本概念（checkpoint、dataset、metrics 等）; 有从内部工具走向对外产品的经验，或对开发者体验（DX）有实操改进。\n---\n我们提供\n- 一个能同时接触平台工程、AI agent 落地与客户产品的岗位;
