The role also includes vendor communication, fault detection, and ensuring 99.9% uptime for network operations.\nTo manage, maintain, and support Xpert Fintech`s IT infrastructure, network systems, security operations, and cloud service operations, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nInstall, configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking equipment.\n\nInstall, configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and related network devices.\n\nEnsure uninterrupted connectivity between the company’s Core Network and client Cisco and MikroTik routers or other network devices.\n\nTroubleshoot link-down, packet loss, high latency, bandwidth, routing, and other network connectivity issues.\n\nCoordinate with ISPs to resolve backbone, upstream, routing, and other core network issues.\n\nIdentify and resolve network bottlenecks, faulty equipment, cabling issues, and other causes of service degradation.\n\nCoordinate the installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of network equipment.\n\nInstall, configure, manage, and administer Windows Server and Linux-based environments.\n\nImplement and maintain backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.\n\nEnsure system and network security through patch management, security updates, and vulnerability mitigation.\n\nTroubleshoot server, network, system, and application-level issues.\n\nMonitor network and system performance, availability, and reliability to ensure the smooth operation of critical services.\n\nConduct field visits when technical issues cannot be resolved remotely.\n\nMaintain accurate inventory records of IT hardware, software, network equipment, and other IT assets.\n\nRegularly maintain IT equipment checklists and related operational records.\n\nMaintain up-to-date system and network documentation, SOPs, configuration records, and architecture/network diagrams.\n\nFollow organizational IT policies, security standards, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.\n\nProvide 24/7 technical support for critical production systems and network incidents when required.\n\nPerform any other IT, network, system, or compliance-related duties and responsibilities assigned by management.\n\nStrong expertise in Windows Server, Linux Server, Active Directory, networking, cloud platforms, virtualization, and IT security management.\n\nExtensive experience with network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.\n\nPractical experience with enterprise networking and security solutions such as FortiGate, Cisco, and HP.\n\nEducationBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology\n\nFortinet NSE Certification\n\nCCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)\n\nRHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer) \n\nMTCNA (MikroTik Certified Network Associate)\n\nExperienceAt least 5 years\nThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service\n\nAdditional RequirementsMinimum 5 years of practical experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Management, and System Support\n\nWillingness to provide support beyond regular office hours when required\n\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projects\n\nStrong understanding of network architecture, multicast traffic, and stock market network architecture\n\nExtensive experience with network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.\n\nPractical experience with enterprise networking and security solutions such as FortiGate, Cisco, and HP.\n\nExperience in physical server installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and hardware replacement, including Dell and HPE servers.\n\nExperience in hardware replacement, array health monitoring, controller troubleshooting, and storage maintenance.\n\nHands-on experience troubleshooting server hardware components, including RAID controllers, HDDs/SSDs, power supplies, memory modules, network interface cards (NICs), and cooling systems.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\n\nAbility to work in a hybrid environment and coordinate effectively
