You will own the quality strategy for our trading and SaaS platforms, lead the QA team, and work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ship reliable, high-quality software.\n\nThis is a high-impact role. You must be comfortable defining test strategy and mentoring the team, while remaining ready to write automated tests, debug APIs, work in the terminal, and validate complex financial workflows alongside your engineers. SaaS platform experience is mandatory; prior stock market experience is a plus.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nLead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers, setting clear quality standards and goals\n\nDefine and own the test strategy, test plans, and release quality criteria across products\n\nDesign and maintain automated test suites for APIs, backend services, and web/mobile front ends\n\nBuild and improve regression, integration, performance, and load testing for high-throughput, real-time systems\n\nValidate critical fintech workflows such as order management, trading APIs, market data, and reporting\n\nIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and keep builds stable and fast\n\nReview requirements and designs early to catch defects, risks, and gaps before development\n\nTriage defects, drive root-cause analysis, and track quality metrics and trends\n\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps to deliver timely, reliable releases\n\nIntroduce modern QA tools, processes, and best practices, including security and data-integrity testing\n\nEducationBachelor`s or Master`s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field\n\nExperienceAt least 6 years\nThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Software Company\n\nAdditional Requirements6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation\n\nMandatory experience testing SaaS platforms\n\nStrong experience with API testing (Postman, REST) and automation frameworks (NUnit, Selenium, Playwright, or similar)\n\nExperience with performance and load testing tools (JMeter, k6, or similar)\n\nWorking knowledge of C#/.NET, SQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, enough to read code and verify data\n\nFamiliarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies\n\nSolid understanding of test design techniques, defect management, and the software development lifecycle\n\nAbility to lead a team, coach engineers, and resolve conflicts\n\nExcellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills\n\nExperience Requirements\nAt least 6 year(s), including 2+ years leading or mentoring a QA team\n\nNice to Have\nPrior experience in fintech, trading platforms, or the stock market\n\nExperience testing real-time or event-driven
