No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.\nRequired Skills\nPython3\n\nJAVA\n\nRust\n\nAlgorithms\n\nBasics C++\n\nTypescript\n\nbug fixing\n\nfeature implementation\n\ncodebase refactoring\n\nperformance optimization\n\npentesting\n\nSecurity audit\n\ncybersecurity\n\nWhat we're looking for:\nAnalyze, debug, and resolve software bugs and vulnerabilities across diverse codebases.\n\nImplement new features and enhance existing functionality in projects using Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.\n\nRefactor legacy code to improve maintainability, security, and performance.\n\nPerform codebase audits, penetration testing, and other security assessments to identify and mitigate risks.\n\nContribute to backend development and optimize application performance for scalability and security.\n\nDocument findings, suggest improvements, and provide real-world insights to improve AI training datasets.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExpertise in one or more languages: Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.\n\nProven experience in debugging, bug fixing, and backend development for complex systems.\n\nStrong background in cybersecurity practices, including pentesting, security audit, and vulnerability assessment.\n\nProficiency in algorithms, codebase refactoring, and optimizing software for performance and security.\n\nAbility to communicate complex technical findings clearly and concisely.\n\nFamiliarity with secure software development lifecycles and modern threat landscapes.\n\nExperience contributing to AI-related or data-driven projects is a plus, but not required.\n\nProcess:\nApply to the role, filling out the screening questions\n\nComplete AI Interview (approx. 30 minutes)\n\nTechnical Assessment (Tentative)\n\nHiring Manager review\n\nCompensation Structure\nCompensation is output-based; experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications.
