Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)\n Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning.\n Drive cost control initiatives across manufacturing operations.\n Implement KPI dashboards for production efficiency, program margins, and working\ncapital optimization.\n Analyse program profitability, including defence and commercial aerospace contracts.\n3. Regulatory& Compliance Oversight\n Ensure compliance with Indian regulatory bodies such as:\n Ministry of Corporate Affairs\n Securities and Exchange Board of India (if listed)\n Directorate General of Civil Aviation\n Ensure adherence to international aerospace regulations (e.g., ITAR, export controls).\n Oversee internal audits, statutory audits, and tax compliance (GST, corporate tax,\ncustoms duties).\n4. Capital & Treasury Management\n Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships\n Structure project financing for capital-intensive aerospace programs.\n Optimize debt-equity mix and manage investor relations (if applicable).\n Oversee forex risk management for global supply chain operations.\n5. Manufacturing & Cost Accounting\n Implement robust cost accounting systems tailored to aerospace production cycles.\n Monitor inventory valuation, tooling investments, and capex planning.\n Drive lean manufacturing financial controls.\n Ensure accurate program costing and contract accounting.\n6. Risk Management & Governance\n Develop enterprise risk management (ERM) framework.\n Lead insurance strategy for high-value aerospace assets.\n Strengthen internal controls and corporate governance frameworks.\n Serve as Company Secretary liaison (if applicable).\n7.
