Lead and manage the regional sales team, including target allocation and performance tracking. Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners. Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Product teams for smooth execution. Candidate Profile 12-15 years of experience in Consumer Durables / Home Appliances / Electrical Appliances. Strong experience in General Trade and Channel Sales. Proven experience managing distributors, dealers and retail networks. Strong exposure to South Indian markets - Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala. Experience handling regional sales targets and teams. Strong understanding of primary/secondary sales, distribution, channel schemes and market expansion. Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
