Develop and execute high-impact B2B sales strategies to accelerate business growth.
Manage and optimize sales territories to maximize market coverage, efficiency, and revenue.
Lead, train, coach, and mentor a high-performance sales team to exceed targets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, performance metrics, and competitor activity to adjust strategies proactively.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, KPIs, and actionable insights to senior leadership.
Lead contract negotiations and close complex deals that align with strategic goals.
Requirements
At least 15 years of experience in B2B sales leadership-ideally within the Power or Wire & Cable sectors.
Strong strategic mindset with proven success in scaling sales operations and market expansion.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Outstanding negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Deep analytical skills for interpreting market data and driving strategic pivots.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and sales forecasting.
Willingness to travel regularly across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and other regions as needed.
