Our interview process is designed to give you a clear view into our engineering culture while allowing us to understand your technical strengths and approach.\nStage 1 - Recruiter ScreenA 20-minute conversation with our recruiting partner to discuss your background, career goals, and mutual fit. \n\nStage 2 - Technical Round 1A collaborative coding session with an engineer focused on problem-solving, communication, and technical approach.\n\nStage 3 - Technical Round 2A deeper technical discussion with another engineer where you'll work through additional coding and algorithmic challenges while exploring your engineering thought process.\n\nFinal Round - Onsite InterviewMeet with members of our EPD team at our San Carlos Headquarters and James Wong, Co-Founder and CTO, to learn more about XP Health's vision, culture, and the impact you'll make. The onsite interview typically lasts 3-4 hours and is required for all candidates.
