This role supports timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and smooth month-end and year-end closing processes.\nAs an Accounts Executive, you will:\nReport to the Finance Manager. You will be accountable for the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) functions, the Corporate Bank Accounts, General Ledger and Month-end/Year-end closing procedures.\nCheck and verify AP invoices and enter into Oracle\nLiaise with suppliers to obtain/provide relevant information and/ statement of account\nCreate bank payments to suppliers/3rd parties accurately and on a timely basis\nTimely & accurately enter and create payment immediately in Oracle\nAll credit card expenses - end to end processing\nComplete and assist with required reporting (aging report, liability tracker etc.)\nOther ad hoc tasks assigned\n Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.\nAt least 2 years of experience in General Ledger, Financial Accounting, or Accounts Payable\nExperience managing month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.\nStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different countries and time zones.\n Values and Life at Xplor\nOur five core values guide us from how we hire and recognise our team members to how we interact with our customers day to day:\nFind a better way\nDo the right thing\nSay it straight\nWin together\nOwn the outcome\nIf these values sound like you, and describe people you want to work with, you will thrive at Xplor.\nAs an Xplorer, you will be part of a global network of talented colleagues who will support your success.
