We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.\nReporting into the Finance Manager you'll help play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance operations and month-end close process. You'll work to make sure financial data is accurate, up to date, and aligned with the company’s subscription-based revenue model. This often includes working with systems like NetSuite, supporting reconciliations, and assisting with reporting across the APAC region.\nSome of the other responsibilities include :\nEnsure month end reconciliations are complete and accurate within One Stream\nManage the identification, recording, reporting, valuation, accounting of fixed assets\nPreparation of the monthly internal capitalisation of labour reports and analysis\nAllocation of correct useful life, monthly running of Netsuite processes and reconciliation of the register to the ledger\nPreparation of the movement table for fixed assets\nAssist with the preparation of indirect tax returns (VAT/GST etc) and reconciliation of the returns to the ledger and to Netsuite tax reports\nAssist with the submission of the actual return and responding to queries from tax authorities\nAssist with the analysis of ledger activity for month end reporting and tax analysis\nAssist with the management of Corporate card expenses and prompt reporting and follow up for late submissions\nAssist with responding to audit queries. \nProcessing of ad hoc journal entries\nAssisting with one off finance related projects\nThis role is fully remote across the UK, with occasional meet-ups at our Newcastle office.\n What would make me a good candidate?\nWe are looking for curious and empathetic people.
