With Ezypay now part of Xplor Technologies, we're integrating world-class subscription management and embedded payments capabilities into our platform, and there's meaningful work ahead.\nYou will help us build a high-performing finance function that supports Ezypay's continued growth across Asia Pacific.\nAs a Finance Manager, you will:\nLead, mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.\nEstablish clear performance expectations and drive capability development across the finance function.\nOversee the day-to-day accounting operations across the Group, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, treasury, fixed assets and month-end/quarter-end/year-end close.\nReview and approve journals, reconciliations and key accounting schedules prepared by the team.\nEnsure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial results, balance sheet reconciliations and management reporting.\nOwn the statutory reporting process, including external audits, corporate tax, GST/VAT/SST, withholding taxes and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.\nEnsure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, company policies and statutory requirements.\nPartner closely with the Finance Director on budgeting, cash flow management, financial planning and key finance initiatives.\nLead the implementation of finance process improvements, system enhancements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and strengthen controls.\nBuild strong relationships with auditors, tax advisors, bankers, regulators and internal stakeholders.\nSupport finance transformation projects, including ERP implementations and integration initiatives.\nAct as the primary escalation point for technical accounting matters and provide guidance to the accounting team.\nDeputise for the Finance Director when required, ensuring continuity of finance operations.\n Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline with a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent).\nAt least 10 years' experience in accounting and finance, including several years leading high-performing accounting teams.\nProven experience managing accounting across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions, including statutory reporting, tax compliance and external audits.\nStrong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, taxation, statutory compliance, internal controls and audit requirements.\nExperience working in a multinational, fintech, technology or high-growth environment will be highly regarded.\nHands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP or similar.\nAdvanced Excel skills and a passion for improving processes through automation and technology.\nExperience with financial reporting and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, OneStream or similar) would be advantageous.\nA collaborative leadership style with the confidence to influence stakeholders, drive change and make sound commercial decisions.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n Values and Life at Xplor\nOur five core values guide us from how we hire and recognise our team members to how we interact with our customers day to day:\nFind a better way\nDo the right thing\nSay it straight\nWin together\nOwn the outcome\nIf these values sound like you, and describe people you want to work with, you will thrive at Xplor.\nAs an Xplorer, you will be part of a global network of talented colleagues who will support your success.
