We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.\nReporting into Order to Cash Assistant Manager, you will help us manage sales ledger and managing the end-to-end revenue cycle-from processing customer orders and ensuring accurate subscription billing to overseeing collections and supporting revenue recognition. You act as a bridge between finance, sales, and customer success teams, helping to streamline operations, maintain data integrity, and deliver a seamless billing experience that supports scalable growth.\nSome of the other responsibilities include :\nManage Mailbox and escalated queries - both internal and external\nRun weekly credit control process\nContract maintenance and invoicing of customers\nComplete Audit checks / tasks\nDay to day finance processing\nManage escalations to Order to Cash Assistant Manager\nCreate / review SOPs where needed\nProcessing of bank payments\nCarry out month end tasks to a tight deadline\nCarry out all Sales ledger and credit control tasks\nManage month end bank reconciliation relating to Order to Cash postings\nRun Month end reporting on debt\nLocation: For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you’ll spend three days per week in the Newcastle office and two working from home.\n What would make me a good candidate?\nWe are looking for curious and empathetic people.
