This is an individual contributor role for someone who is comfortable running a category end to end, from assortment and pricing to merchandising and performance.\nSuccess means a growing, profitable personal care category with a sharp assortment, strong conversion, and healthy repeat purchase.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the P&L and growth plan for the personal care category across BeatO's online channels, with clear targets for revenue, margin, and conversion.\nBuild and manage the category assortment: decide which products to add, fix, or retire, based on sales data, customer demand, and competitor moves.\nOwn pricing, promotions, and offers for the category, balancing growth with profitability.\nDrive category merchandising on the website and app, including collections, product pages, content, imagery, and cross-sell.\nTrack daily and weekly performance (traffic, conversion, AOV, repeat rate, return rate, margin) and take quick corrective action.\nWork with performance marketing, CRM, and brand teams to plan category campaigns, launches, and seasonal events.\nCoordinate with supply chain, vendors, and operations to keep inventory healthy and fulfilment reliable.\nStudy category trends, consumer behavior, and competitor offerings to spot white spaces and new product opportunities.\nPresent category performance and plans to leadership with clear insights and recommendations.\nRequirements\n6 to 7 years of experience in e-commerce.\nHands-on experience managing D2C personal care categories (for example skincare, haircare, grooming, or body care).\nTrack record of owning category performance, including assortment, pricing, and conversion.\nStrong analytical skills, with comfort working in Excel or Google Sheets and e-commerce dashboards.\nComfortable working as an individual contributor, executing hands-on without a team.\nBased in Delhi, or willing to relocate.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience on Shopify or similar D2C storefront platforms.\nExposure to marketplaces and quick commerce channels.\nExperience supporting new product launches, including vendor and brand coordination.\nWorking understanding of paid marketing and retention levers and how they affect category performance.\nInterest in health and wellness consumer
