As Product Manager for Logistics & Fulfillment, you will own the product layer behind all of it, from the moment an order is created to the moment it is delivered, collected or returned.\nSuccess looks like faster and more reliable delivery, a lower cost per order, fewer fulfillment related support contacts, and ops teams who can run a growing order volume without adding headcount at the same rate.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the roadmap for the logistics and fulfillment product surface, including order management, dispatch, delivery partner integrations, tracking, and returns or reverse logistics.\nDefine, track and improve core metrics such as order to delivery turnaround time, on time delivery rate, first attempt delivery success, RTO and NDR rates, and cost per order.\nWork closely with operations, pharmacy or warehouse teams and delivery partners to turn on-ground problems into clear product requirements and tooling.\nBuild and improve integrations and routing logic with courier partners and 3PLs, including serviceability checks, partner allocation, SLA tracking and fallback handling.\nDesign ops-facing tools such as exception queues, dashboards and automation that reduce manual follow-ups.\nImprove the member-facing delivery experience: delivery status and notifications, rescheduling, address handling and issue reporting.\nPartner with clinical and compliance stakeholders so that prescription-linked and handling-sensitive workflows are built into the fulfillment flow.\nWrite clear PRDs, prioritise ruthlessly, run experiments, and use data to decide what to build next.\nCollaborate with engineering, design and data teams to ship quickly and iterate.\nRequirements (Must-Haves)\n3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.\nHands-on experience building logistics, delivery or fulfillment products, for example order management, last mile delivery, WMS or OMS tooling, courier or 3PL integrations, or shipment tracking.\nExperience in e-commerce, quick commerce, e-pharmacy, marketplace or a similar operations-heavy consumer business.\nStrong understanding of operational metrics and how product changes move them.\nComfortable working with ops and field teams and translating their problems into product solutions.\nWorking comfort with data (SQL or analytics tools) to analyse funnels, delays and costs.\nClear written
