Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Snowflake data models aligned with business requirements.
- Develop and optimise complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and CTEs for scalable data solutions.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines with incremental load strategies on Snowflake.
- Perform query performance tuning and ensure efficient execution across large datasets.
- Apply SQL window functions (ROW_NUMBER, RANK, DENSE_RANK, QUALIFY) for advanced analytics.
- Conduct data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation between source and target systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and support healthcare workflows.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices in Snowflake environments.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in Snowflake and SQL development.
- Exposure to healthcare domain workflows (Claims, Eligibility, HMIS) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams across geographies.
