This role combines hands-on desktop support with administration across Microsoft 365, identity management, endpoint tools, meeting room systems, and local network infrastructure. Working under the guidance of senior IT engineers, this position supports local and global projects, hardware refreshes, and continuous technology improvements.\nEnd-User & Office Support\nProvide day-to-day technical support for onsite and remote users across Windows 11 and macOS environments, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices (iOS/Android), email, applications, and peripherals.\nLog, track, prioritize, and manage support tickets through the IT service desk system, maintaining ownership through resolution or appropriate escalation.\nSupport meeting room audio/visual technologies and video conferencing systems (e.g., Logitech, Poly).\nServe as the primary IT point of contact for the Burbank office, coordinating with global IT teams and external hardware/software vendors.\nUser & Device Lifecycle Management\nManage employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, access adjustments, device imaging, hardware setup, and equipment recovery.\nBuild, configure, deploy, patch, and maintain Windows and Mac endpoints, mobile devices, and tablets using tools like Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Central.\nMaintain accurate hardware and software inventory records while ensuring device compliance with company security standards.\nSystems & Infrastructure Support\nAdminister user accounts, groups, licensing, and access within Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory.\nAssist senior engineers with monitoring, maintaining, and basic troubleshooting of local network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, VPNs, and printers.\nEnforce established IT security procedures, configuration guidelines, and change management workflows.\nProjects & Documentation\nParticipate in local and global IT projects, hardware refreshes, software deployments, and system upgrades.\nTest software updates, OS patches, and configuration changes prior to broader deployment.\nMaintain clear technical documentation and contribute solutions to the team knowledge base.\nIdentify recurring technical issues and proactively suggest improvements to IT systems and employee workflows.\nRequirements\nEssential Knowledge & Experience\nApproximately 2-4 years of professional experience in IT support, desktop support, or help desk roles.\nStrong troubleshooting skills across Windows 11 and current versions of macOS.\nHands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services.\nWorking knowledge of Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID (user management, groups, permissions, SSO).\nFamiliarity with endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Central) and software patching.\nGeneral understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN) and IT security best practices.\nExperience using an IT service management system for ticketing and issue tracking.\nWillingness to provide occasional support outside standard business hours for maintenance, critical incidents, or project needs.\nPreferred / Developmental Skills\nExperience administering Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, or Microsoft 365 services.\nExposure to Windows Server administration, PowerShell, or scripting and automation tools.\nFamiliarity with meeting room AV equipment (Logitech, Poly).\nPersonal Skills & Work Attributes\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to assist both technical and non-technical staff.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with a strong customer service orientation and issue ownership.\nStrong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nSelf-motivated, collaborative, and eager to expand skills in systems, cloud, and networking technologies.\n *Pursuant to California's Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position is $50,000-60,000;
