The role involves monitoring production environments, incident management, troubleshooting, deployments, automation, security, and continuous improvement of cloud operations.\nRequirements\nAutomate manual ops tasks to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.\nIdentify areas where systems can be improved to increase system reliability and reduce system incidents.\nManage and support proactive monitoring solutions across the Production environment\nLook for trends and themes in issues reported in Live Applications and facilitate investigations by Developers to avoid repeated occurrences\nPerform actions on the Product codebase (backend/frontend) for real-time diagnosis of major incidents in Live systems\nPerform analysis and reporting on frequently occurring Live problems\nDeliver Tier 3 support for Extreme Reach production infrastructure across a 3-shift rotation (APAC, UK/EMEA, US), providing 24x7 on-call coverage during Weekend & Public Holiday to resolve complex issues to maintain critical service availability and reliability.\nAct as a first responder for infrastructure and production incidents. \nPerform root-cause analysis and prepare incident/RCA reports. \nImplement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurring incidents.\nCreates and manages Automated Infrastructure solutions.
