commercial documentation.\n·\nCoordinate invoice-support\ndocumentation and assist with debtor follow-up.\n·\nTrack client requests, service issues\nand outstanding actions.\n·\nPrepare weekly operational and\ncommercial reports.\n·\nMaintain filing, contract records and\ndocument-control standards.\n·\nSupport stock/supply coordination\nwhere applicable.\n·\nEscalate delivery, supplier, pricing\nor client issues promptly.\nMinimum qualifications\n·\nMatric essential.\n·\nBusiness Administration, Operations,\nSupply Chain, Finance or related qualification advantageous.\nExperiential requirements\n·\nMinimum 3 years' commercial\nadministration/operations coordination experience preferred.\n·\nExperience supporting quotations, POs,\nsuppliers, client orders and operational reporting.\n·\nStrong Excel and document-control\ncapability.\n·\nExperience in cleaning, facilities,\nconsumables, distribution or service operations advantageous.\n·\nStrong coordination, follow-through\nand deadline
