deliveries\nAttend monthly consumable-order meetings.\nPlace monthly orders for consumable stock.\nOversee deliveries, stock counts and related activities.\nPlan and coordinate delivery logistics for approved consumable orders, including communication with internal SBSA staff.\nOperational liaison\nLiaise with sister company on operational matters.\nEnsure logged notifications are completed within the SLA’s 4-hour turnaround time / contained calls.\nIncident Management Report: identify problems and log notifications on behalf of other vendors.\nLiaise with the Key Account Manager.\nMonthly services\nPrepare monthly service schedules.\nAutosanitiser and Oxy 60-day services.\nPlan and schedule deep cleaning.\nPlan and schedule She Services.\nInspect completed deep-cleaning work.\nConduct building surveys.\nEquipment and stock support\nEquipment installation projects.\nEquipment withdrawal projects.\nOrder stock for deep cleaning, She Services and related activities, including maintenance items.\nConsignment stock: order stock and conduct audits.\nCHI meetings and reporting\nAttend biweekly CHI meetings with the SBSA and Prestige teams.\nOversee the submission of CHI reports on Fridays, including:\nStock on hand.\nItems to be ordered.\nItems/scrap to be returned to Selby.\nUpdates on stock received.\nConduct spot checks of CHI equipment on hand.\nOversee all CHI-related issues raised and liaise with Head Office IT\nAccess and logistics\nPrepare pass-outs for maintenance items, scrap and CHI equipment.\nArrange access and parking where applicable.\nWork closely with the Service Manager on logistical arrangements, day-to-day functions and
