Experts in blending the art and science of color, we focus on providing complete end-to-end color management solutions for our clients in every industry where color matters.\nJob Details:\nThis position is part of the IT Operations & Client Services team.\n\nIn this role, a typical day will look like:\nAdminister and support enterprise infrastructure across AWS, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory and related technologies.\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain secure, highly available cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions.\n\nDevelop automation and operational efficiencies through modern IT practices.\n\nLead infrastructure projects from planning and design through deployment, documentation, and support.\n\nPartner with business stakeholders and end users to deliver technology solutions and exceptional customer service.\n\nMaintain cybersecurity best practices, including identity management, patching, monitoring, and disaster recovery.\n\nEvaluate and deploy emerging technologies, including AI solutions, to enhance business operations and IT services.\n\nServe as a technical escalation point for infrastructure and cloud related issues.\n\nMaintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.\n\nCollaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to successfully deliver strategic initiatives.\n\nMonitor system health, performance, and availability while driving continuous improvement efforts.\n\nParticipate in on-call support and incident response activities as needed\n\nThe essential requirements of the job include:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.\n\n5 to 10 years of experience in systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or related IT roles.\n\nStrong experience administering and supporting:\nAmazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure\n\nWindows Server\n\nActive Directory\n\nGeneral Automation\n\nExperience implementing and supporting enterprise AI technologies and AI-enabled solutions.\n\nExperience in infrastructure design, deployment and support.\n\nAbility to lead large, cross-functional technology projects from initiation through completion while meeting business objectives and timelines.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical end users across all levels of the organization.\n\nExperience developing technical documentation, operational procedures, and infrastructure standards.\n\nStrong understanding of cybersecurity principles, system hardening, identity management, backup and recovery, and business continuity planning.\n\nTechnical project leadership experience.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.\n\nEnterprise AI technology exposure.\n\nRelevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or other industry-recognized cloud and infrastructure certifications.\n\nIt would be a plus if you also possess experience in (Nice to have):\n\nVeeam Backup & Replication\n\nLogicMonitor\n\nOur core values:We empower creativity and unconventional thinking to help us uncover breakthrough solutions and accelerate the pace of innovation.
