With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.\n\nFor more information, visit xsolla.com.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nOversee all developer relations activities in your assigned region, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market needs.\n\nManage and mentor Developer Evangelists (Community & Integrations), fostering a culture of technical excellence and developer empathy.\n\nLead the delivery of lighthouse integration cases—high-quality, benchmark implementations that inspire both partners and internal teams.\n\nPartner closely with Product Management to capture and act on developer feedback, removing adoption barriers and improving satisfaction.\n\nAct as a senior advocate for game developers in your region, building trust and maintaining a visible presence in both online and offline communities.\n\nRepresent Xsolla at major regional and global industry events, delivering high-impact presentations and workshops.\n\nOrganize and support developer meetups, hackathons, and targeted events around major platform launches (Apple WWDC, Google I/O).\n\nGuide the creation of best-in-class developer documentation, tutorials, demos, videos, and other educational materials tailored to your region’s market.\n\nEnsure content addresses both custom integration scenarios and self-service use cases to maximize reach and adoption.\n\nCollaborate with Developer Marketing to promote materials and track impact across all channels.\n\nRegularly review performance with the VP of Developer Relations, making data-driven adjustments to tactics and priorities.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\n\n5+ years in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or Technical Evangelism, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.\n\nStrong technical background in game development (mobile, PC, or web), including hands-on experience with integrations and APIs.\n\nProven ability to lead distributed teams and deliver measurable engagement outcomes.\n\nEstablished presence in regional and global game developer communities.\n\nExceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking to both technical and business audiences.\n\nExperience producing high-quality technical content in multiple formats.\n\nBenefits\r\nWe are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees through a comprehensive Benefits Program.
