With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.\nFor more information, visit xsolla.com.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nImplement the global Developer Marketing strategy in your assigned region, tailoring campaigns to local developer audiences and market trends.\nManage and execute regional developer marketing initiatives, including event participation, online campaigns, and community programs.\nPartner with regional Developer Evangelists to promote lighthouse integration cases and success stories.\nCoordinate Xsolla’s participation in major regional developer conferences and events .\nManage event logistics, marketing materials, speaker submissions, and follow-up campaigns.\nOrganize and promote regional hackathons, meetups, and community gatherings.\nLocalize and adapt global developer marketing content for regional audiences.\nCollaborate with Developer Evangelists and the marketing team to produce articles, videos, social content, and newsletters.\nPromote educational materials and integration showcases through relevant regional channels.\nExtend Xsolla’s presence into key regional game developer communities (online and offline), supporting community programs and partnerships.\nBuild relationships with developer influencers, creators, and community leaders to amplify reach.\nMonitor and report on: Campaign reach, engagement, and ROI. Conversions from marketing programs to active integrations. Event and content performance in your region.\nUse insights to adjust tactics and optimize future campaigns.\nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\n3-5years of marketing experience, ideally in developer relations, B2B tech marketing, or gaming industry marketing.\nStrong understanding of local game development ecosystems and communities.\nProven ability to run multi-channel campaigns and event marketing programs.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional and global teams.\nComfort in working closely with technical content and understanding developer needs.\nFluent in both Russian and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.\nWillingness to travel for regional events and community activities -
