gameplay systems in Unreal Engine 5\n\nArchitect and maintain multiplayer systems, networking, and server-side gameplay infrastructure\n\nDrive engineering best practices, code quality, and long-term technical scalability\n\nOptimize runtime performance across gameplay and multiplayer systems\n\nCollaborate with technical art and creative teams on integrated production workflows\n\nSupport cloud-delivered interactive experiences and scalable online environments\n\nMentor engineers and contribute to technical leadership across the project\n\nWork closely with production and stakeholders to align technical execution with project goals\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE\nStrong expertise in Unreal Engine 5\n\nAdvanced knowledge of C++ and Blueprints\n\nProven experience building and shipping multiplayer gameplay systems\n\nDeep understanding of networking, dedicated servers, and online infrastructure\n\nExperience with gameplay architecture and performance optimization\n\nExperience integrating game clients with backend platform services (identity, inventory, commerce, matchmaking, social, or similar)\n\nStrong technical leadership and mentoring experience\n\nAbility to work across engineering, art, and production disciplines\n\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills\n\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience with cloud-streamed or online interactive experiences\n\nFamiliarity with persistent online worlds or immersive virtual platforms\n\nExperience scaling multiplayer environments and live systems\n\nBackground in technical
