technical guidance, mentorship, and support\nDefine and implement best practices for mobile development processes, code review, test strategies and CI/CD process standard.\nDrive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch.\nCollaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions that meet business goals.\nEnsure seamless integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems with the Xsolla App ecosystem.\nWork closely with global cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.\nPartner with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives.\nFacilitate effective communication across globally distributed teams.\nOversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality applications.\nQualifications & Skills:\n6+ years of experience in mobile development with a strong focus on IOS and Android platforms.\nProven track record of delivering commercial
