With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.\nFor more information, visit xsolla.com.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport the planning and implementation of gaming and innovation projects in Azerbaijan, including workshops, bootcamps, hackathons, incubation programs, community events, and industry conferences.\n\nAssist in tracking project milestones, timelines, budgets, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and key performance indicators.\n\nMaintain and update Jira dashboards, project trackers, calendars, participant lists, and supporting documentation.\n\nCoordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting notes, and follow-up on agreed action items.\n\nMonitor tasks and follow up with internal teams, partners, vendors, speakers, mentors, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.\n\nSupport communication and coordination with government institutions, universities, gaming studios, technology communities, ecosystem partners, and international experts.\n\nAssist with event logistics, including venue coordination, registration, catering, equipment, branding materials, speaker arrangements, and participant communication.\n\nSupport the preparation and implementation of local and international programs for game developers and studios.\n\nHelp collect, organize, and maintain program data, including applications, attendance records, participant feedback, project results, and KPI progress.\n\nAssist in preparing project updates, reports, presentations, summaries, dashboards, and other materials for leadership and key stakeholders.\n\nSupport vendor coordination, procurement processes, contract documentation, invoices, and payment follow-ups in cooperation with legal and finance teams.\n\nAssist with promotional activities by coordinating information, deadlines, and materials with marketing, design, PR, and event teams.\n\nHelp identify potential gaming studios, startups, experts, mentors, speakers, partners, and community organizations for relevant initiatives.\n\nSupport effective communication and information flow between local and international teams.\n\nHelp improve project coordination, documentation, reporting, and operational workflows.\n\nContribute to the growth of Azerbaijan’s gaming and innovation ecosystem through reliable project support and stakeholder engagement.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree in Management, Project Management, Event Management, Technology, or a related field is preferred.\n\nAt least 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, event coordination, business operations, or a similar role.\n\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to coordinate meetings and events, maintain documentation, track deliverables, and follow up on action items.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive and structured approach.\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international teams.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.\n\nProfessional proficiency in Azerbaijani and English;
