scalable backend services in Go.\nOwn features from design to deployment, with attention to maintainability, security and performance.\nDesign and build APIs and SDKs used by Business Account frontends, microfrontends and other Xsolla teams.\nBuild and maintain identity flows such as user creation, login, MFA, SSO and token validation across multiple accounts and clients.\nDesign multi-tenant services with clear data isolation and per-account configuration.\nTake part in architecture discussions and write or review ADRs.\nRefactor legacy code to improve structure and efficiency without breaking existing features.\nOwn production readiness with Datadog: dashboards, monitors and alerts, APM and tracing, log analysis, incident response and root cause analysis.\nWrite clear, testable, well-documented code, with a focus on quality and automation.\nUse AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) every day to design, build, test and refactor code faster without lowering quality.\nAdd AI-assisted code review on top of manual review, check AI-generated code carefully, and help the team set good practices for AI-driven development.\nWork with product, frontend, design and platform teams to agree on goals and deliver end to end.\nContribute to technical scoping and estimation.\nReduce technical debt and keep improving the developer experience.\nMentor engineers and give constructive code reviews.\nRequirements\n6+ years of professional software engineering experience.\n2+ years of hands-on Go experience in production.\nStrong experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL, including schema design and query performance.\nExperience designing and building REST APIs (gRPC is a plus).\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.\nExperience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.\nComfortable with Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred).\nSolid understanding of authentication and authorization basics: OAuth2, JWT, sessions and tokens.\nHands-on experience with observability tools, ideally Datadog: metrics, logs, APM/traces and alerting.\nHands-on experience using AI coding assistants in daily work, and the judgment to review, test and correct what they produce.\nBasic understanding of cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred).\nWorking knowledge of frontend technologies, especially React.\nGood written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.\nNice to have\nExperience building scalable, secure login or identity platforms (Login-as-a-Service).\nDeep knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, MFA, and session and token management.\nExperience with social login, SSO and federated identity.\nExperience designing multi-tenant identity systems with isolation and configurability.\nExperience delivering developer-friendly APIs, SDKs and integration docs.\nExperience with OpenTelemetry, SLOs and error budgets.\nExperience with B2B platforms, partner portals or marketplaces.\nExperience setting up AI workflows for a team, such as agents, custom skills or prompts, automated MR review, or AI-assisted
