services that power core products and platforms.\nDevelop event-driven systems using Go, Kafka, and Temporal (or similar orchestration tools).\nBuild scalable microservices in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.\nDrive architecture decisions that improve performance, resiliency, and maintainability.\nCollaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions.\nOwn your code in production, monitor, debug, and continuously improve service performance and reliability.\nWrite automated tests and follow CI/CD best practices to ensure high-quality deployments.\nParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing across teams.\nQualifications & Skills\n5+ years of backend development experience in Go or a similar language.\n2+ years of hands-on experience with Kafka or equivalent streaming platforms.\nStrong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-based communication.\nExperience working with workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal, Cadence, or similar.\nFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).\nSolid understanding of observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.\nAbility to troubleshoot production issues, analyze system behavior, and drive resolution.\nNice to Have\nExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).\nFamiliarity with ClickHouse, Postgres, or other analytical/OLAP/OLTP databases.\nBackground in gaming, payments, or commerce systems.\nPrior experience working on internal platforms or developer-facing
