Provide architectural and organizational guidance to ensure long-term scalability and success.\nLead, mentor, and develop multiple engineering teams, including team leads and senior developers. Establish clear goals and create growth opportunities across a global, distributed team.\nEnsure high-quality, timely delivery of product and platform initiatives. Continuously optimize workflows, development methodologies, and technical decision-making.\nGuide the evolution of system architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
