world.\nResponsibilities\nServe as the primary technical point of contact for local partners' requests related to Xsolla's core business, translating business and partner needs into clear technical requirements.\nDesign, build, and maintain webpages/web applications supporting local partner and business needs.\nManage, mentor, and grow a small team of engineers based in other regions, including performance management, career development, and day-to-day technical guidance.\nCollaborate closely with regional business, BD, and product stakeholders to ensure technical delivery aligns with partner and market needs.\nBalance hands-on technical contribution with team leadership responsibilities.\nDrive best practices in code quality, delivery timelines, and engineering processes across the team.\nCommunicate effectively across both technical and non-technical, and both Korea\nEscalate and help resolve technical or partner-facing issues in a timely manner.\nQualifications & Skills\n10+ years of overall technical/engineering experience.\n3+ years of experience managing or leading engineers/engineering teams.\nFluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken).\nProven experience developing and maintaining webpages/web applications.\nExperience managing distributed or cross-regional teams.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to translate between local partner needs and technical execution.\nComfortable working directly with local partners on requirements gathering and problem-solving.\nNice to have\nExperience in adtech or offer monetization platforms (strong plus).\nBackground in payments, gaming, or digital commerce.\nExperience working with global/cross-functional engineering
