The ideal candidate should have strong experience across RAG, AI Agents, LLMs, vector databases, Python, FastAPI, cloud deployment, and MLOps/LLMOps.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design and build production-grade RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, preprocessing, chunking, metadata enrichment, embeddings, vector search, retrieval, and re-ranking.\n\n- Develop strategies to improve retrieval quality, relevance, grounding, and response accuracy.\n\n- Design and implement single-agent and multi-agent AI systems capable of reasoning, tool usage, planning, and task execution.\n\n- Own the complete AI solution lifecycle : data pipeline, RAG/agent development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.\n\n- Build scalable APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI.\n\n- Deploy AI applications in cloud or on-premise environments with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.\n\n- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and evaluation of AI/agent outputs.\n\n- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for latency, cost, accuracy, quality, drift, failures, and user feedback.\n\nTech Stack & Requirements : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI.\n\n- Deep expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).\n\n- Vector databases : Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, or pgvector.\n\n- AI Agent frameworks : LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.\n\n- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).\n\n- Experience deploying at least one AI solution into a production environment.\n\nQualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.\n\n- 3-8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering with strong Python development.\n\nSkills\nMachine Learning, Python, Generative AI, RAG, Cloud Computing, FastAPI, Artificial Intelligence","description_format":"text","description_chars":2111,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Information Technology","Professional Services","Enterprise Apps Implementation Partners"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-26T02:00:24Z"}],"liveness":{"score":11,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":0.6,"p_active":0.542,"p_room":0.35,"age_days":34,"expected_fill_days":16,"reasons":["seen:34","velocity","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-09-28T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/xtag-services-gen-ai-engineer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/xtag-services-gen-ai-engineer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-28T23:23:52Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":1015,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":3985,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-29T00:00:00Z"}}}
