The ideal candidate will work across backend services, frontend applications, APIs and interactive dashboards while contributing to architecture, performance, security and engineering best practices.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI and React.\n\n- Build scalable and high-performance backend APIs and services.\n\n- Develop interactive data applications and dashboards using Streamlit.\n\n- Design and implement reusable, responsive UI components using React.\n\n- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.\n\n- Design efficient MySQL database schemas and optimize queries.\n\n- Implement authentication, authorization and secure communication mechanisms.\n\n- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability and security.\n\n- Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.\n\n- Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews and code reviews.\n\n- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.\n\n- Collaborate effectively with frontend, backend and cross-functional teams.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 6 to 10 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Backend Engineer or similar role.\n\n- Strong proficiency in Python.\n\n- Hands-on experience with FastAPI.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript and TypeScript.\n\n- Experience developing data-driven applications using Streamlit.\n\n- Experience integrating applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.\n\n- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.\n\n- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.\n\n- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.\n\n- Hands-on experience with MySQL, including schema design and query optimization.\n\n- Understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns and secure coding practices.\n\n- Experience with testing methodologies and frameworks, including TDD, JUnit and Cucumber.\n\n- Knowledge of performance testing tools and practices.\n\n- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.\n\n- Understanding of distributed systems fundamentals.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, Jenkins and Docker.\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\n- Ability to contribute to technical design and architecture decisions.\n\n- Strong communication and collaboration skills.\n\n- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Experience with Splunk or Datadog.\n\n- Experience with advanced performance testing.\n\n- Exposure to cloud-native application development.\n\n- Experience working with data visualization and analytical applications.\n\n- Experience leading technical initiatives and architecture discussions.\n\nEducation : \n\nBE/B.Tech/MCA or any relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.\n\nIdeal Candidate : \n\nCandidates with strong Python + FastAPI + React + Streamlit experience who can join immediately or within 30 days will be given
