负责 HS 编码归类、申报要素规范、海关查验配合; 不独立操作报关/清关 ，对接报关/清关供应商（执行由供应商完成），负责内部拉通与流程整改，以晶泰主体单位身份 对接海关/外部。\n跨境物流支持 ：负责国际货物运输的对接支持; 处理海关查验、清关异常等突发事件。\n全品类物料仓储管理 ：统筹自动化物料、成品/半成品、实验室试剂耗材的收、发、存、盘点全流程管理; 完善集管物料备库标准; 优化库存结构，降低呆滞库存与资金占用; 保障账实相符率达标（≥99.5%）。\n自动化物料分类管理（核心） ：按项目/设备/价值/周转率建立分类管理方法论; 建立库位、标识、系统的配套方案; 解决物料分散、到料异常、库位无分层等痛点，快速解决异常倒料情况 。\n集管试剂耗材备库与下单 ：负责集管试剂耗材的备库标准制定、采购下单、收货、配送、库存管理; 与采购部各品类协同对接集管需求; 管理集管试剂耗材。\n退库与异常管理 ：规范自动化物料、实验类退库物料的接收、检验、库存管理流程; 建立有效期管理与批次追溯机制，落实先进先出原则; 快速响应海关/关务/物料异常。\n数字化与 AI 提效 ：熟练运用 WMS、ERP 等现有仓储管理系统; 结合 AI 工具提升整个仓储物流团队作业效率; 通过数据复盘优化仓储物流流程，持续推进降本增效项目。\n团队管理与跨部门协同 ：负责仓储团队建设与管理（5-8 人规模）; 高效协同研发、品质、生产、采购、财务、IT（对内），以及海关、报关行、承运商、供应商（对外）等多方资源。\n任职要求\n学历与经验\n本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、仓储管理、国际贸易、关务等相关专业优先\n8 年以上仓储物流相关工作经验，其中 3 年以上同岗位或仓储团队管理经验\n必备经验（缺一不可）\n全球物流运输统筹 （多 site 协同、跨境运输方案设计与执行）\n关务申报全流程 （HS 编码归类、申报要素、海关查验配合）\n生物医药/AI 制药/智能制造行业 试剂耗材仓储管理\n专业能力\n熟悉仓储管理全流程，具备搭建仓储合规体系、制定仓储管理制度与 SOP 的实操经验\n具备较强的库存管理能力，能通过备库标准优化、库存结构调整降低呆滞库存与资金占用\n具备物流运输统筹能力，熟悉运输方案设计、承运商管理，有批量物资运输管理经验者优先\n熟练使用 WMS/ERP 等现有系统;
