possible.\nResponsibilities:\nProfessional acquisition of interested individual and corporate clients, primarily via phone and email (no cold calling!)\nPhone consultations with new clients regarding XTB’s products and accounts, including after-sales support\nOngoing account management and support for your active client base\nWin-back and reactivation of inactive clients\nParticipation in trade fairs and sales events across Germany (up to 5 times per year) \nSupporting product and platform launches\nAssisting with and delivering educational programs for clients Contributing to the creation of various materials for existing and prospective clients\nWhat you bring to the table:\nA strong interest in the stock market, trading, and financial markets in general\nSales drive and a genuine enthusiasm for selling and customer engagement\nNative-level German (written and spoken) as well as good English language skills\nExcellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex financial products clearly\nHigh level of personal accountability, proactive initiative, and the ability to work under time pressure\nPreferred, but not mandatory: a completed degree or commercial apprenticeship in finance, business, economics, or a related field\nNice to have:\nExperience with Salesforce or other CRM system\nStocks/CFDs knowledge\nWhat we offer:\nPermanent employment contract,
