prepare regular reports and recommendations\nDevelop promotional materials and collateral for marketing campaigns, trade shows, and partnership initiatives\nAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify brand differentiation opportunities\nPartner Development (30%)\nIdentify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with potential partners (introducing brokers, affiliated networks, white-label providers)\nDevelop partnership value propositions and negotiate partnership agreements\nConduct partner outreach through industry networking, conferences, and direct engagement\nManage partner onboarding and support to ensure successful collaboration\nBuild and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners\nCollaborate with operations and compliance teams on partner requirements\nRequirements\nProven experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or business development\nStrong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProficiency with digital marketing tools and social media platforms\nExperience with event planning and management\nAnalytical mindset with ability to track and interpret marketing metrics\nStrong networking and relationship-building skills\nKnowledge of financial services, fintech, or trading industry (preferred)\nFluent in English;
