If you are looking for challenges and want to gain valuable experience in an international business environment, XTB is the right place for you.\nWe are a certified Great Place to Work company.\nFor our location in Berlin, we are looking for a Compliance Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible in part-time (15 to 30h/week, by arrangement).\nResponsibilities:\nDevelopment and strengthening of the compliance culture across the corporate group\nMonitoring complex KYC processes and document management monitoring, especially for corporate clients\nImplementation of compliance measures\nQuality assurance in compliance, particularly regarding capital market compliance\nImplementation, monitoring, and strict adherence to internal company rules as well as statutory and regulatory requirements\nDrafting, adapting, and documenting written regulations and processes in close coordination with our headquarters\nContact person for supervisory authorities, external and internal auditors, and the legal department of our headquarters\nRegular monitoring measures and reporting according to requirements\nThe opportunity to actively participate in special projects of executive management and gain valuable insights into strategic company decisions\nWhat you should bring:\nSeveral years of professional experience in compliance, preferably in the financial sector\nInterest in financial services, stock exchange, and securities trading\nStrong communication skills regarding complex matters as well as interdisciplinary collaboration in an international corporate environment\nOpenness to new challenges and a flexible way of working to adapt to changing requirements and dynamic company structures\nExpertise in digitalization within Legal & Compliance\n Business fluent German and English skills\nHigh degree of personal responsibility\nWhat we offer:\nAn attractive base salary depending on qualifications and experience\nCompany health insurance with an annual budget of over €600 in treatment allowances and supplementary dental care incl.
