In this role, you will develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns across the MENA region - identifying the right creators for our brand, negotiating partnerships, running campaigns from end to end, and analyzing performance to drive results.\nThe ideal candidate understands the influencer landscape, social media trends, content creation, and audience behavior, while being equally comfortable working with performance data and regulatory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.\nResearch and identify relevant influencers, creators, and content partners across MENA markets.\nBuild and maintain a database of influencers categorized by market, audience, platform, niche, and performance.\nMonitor emerging creators, social media trends, and new content formats.\nEvaluate influencers based on audience quality, engagement, reach, demographics, content quality, and brand fit.\nManage influencer campaigns from initial outreach through execution, approval, publication, and reporting.\nCoordinate campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, content approvals, and publishing schedules.\nCommunicate with influencers, agencies, and external partners on a daily basis.\nNegotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and campaign terms.\nEnsure all influencer content follows brand guidelines and approved campaign messaging.\nWork closely with the Compliance team to review and obtain approval for influencer content before publication, ensuring all content meets applicable regulatory requirements, disclaimers, and internal policies.\nCoordinate with internal teams including Social Media, Content, Design, Performance Marketing, and Compliance.\nBuild strong, long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies.\nManage influencer communication and ensure timely delivery of agreed content.\nDevelop an ambassador/creator network for ongoing collaborations.\nIdentify opportunities for exclusive or long-term partnerships.\nRequirements\n2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.\nStrong understanding of the MENA influencer and social media landscape.\n Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from start to finish.\nStrong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other major social platforms.\nGood negotiation and communication skills.\nStrong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to evaluate influencer performance using data and audience insights.\nExcellent organizational and project management skills.\nCreative mindset with a strong understanding of social media content.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.\nStrong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing content and campaign requirements.\nFluent English;
