In this role, you will work closely with the System Administration team and the Network Administration team to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize our internal digital workspace.\nResponsibilities\nProvide first-level IT support to team members, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and assisting with computers, printers, telephones and other IT devices setup and configuration.\nProvide, install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software for existing team members and new hires, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.\nManage and document IT and support requests, coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment repairs, maintenance, and office network infrastructure.\nManage user accounts via Active Directory.\nSupport and administration of selected IT applications and systems.\nRegistering and managing the queue of orders flowing to IT in the Jira system and other access channels.\nMaintaining a register of equipment used in XTB and its periodic inventory.\nRequirements\nStrong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.\nExperience with Active Directory management (User and endpoint management).\nFamiliarity with Endpoint Management tools (ManageEngine Endpoint Central).\nFamiliarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Service Management).\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.\nEnglish proficiency at a minimum B2 level.\nIT Asset management.\nAbility to think analytically and logically.\nIndependence.\nProactive reporting of changes.\nFocus on cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing.\nNice to have\nExperience with Google Workspace administration.\nFamiliarity with
