The role will focus on acquiring new clients, guiding prospects through the account opening process, and converting new accounts into funded and active trading accounts.\nLocation: Jakarta, Indonesia (On-site / Full-time)\nRequirements:\nProactively contact and follow up with new leads and prospects through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. \nGuide prospective clients through the account opening, verification, and onboarding process. \nBuild relationships with new clients and understand their needs, trading interests, and investment objectives. \nDrive conversion from new account registration to funded account and ultimately active clients. \nFollow up consistently with clients regarding deposits, funding, and onboarding completion. \nAchieve individual targets related to new accounts, funded accounts, and net deposits. \nMaintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales activity records in the relevant CRM systems. \nCoordinate with Customer Service, Compliance, Marketing, and other teams to resolve client onboarding or account-related issues. \nFollow XTB's internal procedures, compliance requirements, and sales guidelines. \nContribute to sales initiatives and campaigns aimed at increasing new client acquisition and funding.\nRequirements:\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills. \n Very good command of English (both spoken and written).\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field\nSales-oriented, proactive, and target-driven mindset. \nComfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects. \nAble to build trust and maintain relationships with clients. \nGood organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups. \nPrevious experience in sales, telesales, financial services, fintech, or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory. \nWillingness to learn about financial markets, investment products, and XTB's trading platform.\nNice to have:\nKnowledge of
