company.\nResponsibilities:\nDelivering high-quality customer service to Polish-speaking clients\nBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with clients\nResponding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner (mainly via chat)\nProviding explanations and clarifications regarding customer complaints\nMonitoring financial markets and staying up to date with market developments\nUpdating and verifying client information in the CRM system\nCollaborating with external XTB branches and internal departments\nRequirements:\nFluency in Polish and at least B2-level proficiency in English\nWillingness to work in a rotational shift system, including night shifts\nAbility to manage multiple tasks independently and set priorities effectively\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills\nGood knowledge of MS Office tools\nNice to have:\nPrevious experience in customer support\nKnowledge of financial markets and understanding of
