Within our department, we also organize workshops and guilds - meetings dedicated to specific areas or technologies - to continuously develop our skills and build a strong engineering community.\nWho We Are Looking For\n We are seeking a Team Leader to lead our Platform Engineering team - a person combining strong technical expertise in infrastructure, automation, and developer experience (DevEx) with team management experience and the ability to build an internal engineering community.\nAbout the Team\n We create tools, services, and solutions that enable product teams to deliver business value faster, safer, and more efficiently. Our Platform Engineering team forms the heart of the organization’s technical infrastructure, supporting both cloud infrastructure and developer experience. We work on Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), deployment automation, DORA metrics, self-service tooling, and integration with the DevOps ecosystem. Our solutions prioritize scalability, security, cost-efficiency, and user experience.\nResponsibilities\nEnsuring development tasks are completed according to established technical standards.\n\nSupporting the Product Manager in coordinating team activities in the area of technological solutions.\n\nCollaborating with other teams to design optimal solution architectures.\n\nEnsuring high team efficiency by identifying and mitigating obstacles in the development process.\n\nMonitoring ongoing work and assisting in resolving technical issues.\n\nSupporting team growth through training, mentoring, and regular 1:1 meetings.\n\nRequirements\nSeveral years of experience in the role of Senior Developer, Tech Lead, Architect, or Platform Engineer.\n\nSeveral years of experience in formal team management as a manager.\n\nHands-on experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, or other).\n\nDeep knowledge of: IaC (Infrastructure as Code), containerization, orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD.\n\nExperience designing and maintaining Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) or similar platform tools.\n\nExperience with artifact repository systems (Artifactory, Nexus, or similar).\n\nPractical knowledge of DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time, Change Failure Rate, Time to Restore).\n\nExperience implementing self-service tools and automation for product teams.\n\nExperience with GitLab, including GitLab Runners, GitLab CI/CD, and infrastructure integration.\n\nKnowledge of scalability, performance, security, and cost management in technical platforms.\n\nExperience working with distributed remote teams.\n\nWhat we expect in terms of attitude\nProactive approach, ambition, and team and other organizational departments.\n\nTechnical skills we expect\nCommercial experience in designing architecture and implementing complex infrastructure systems.\n\nPractical proficiency in: Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform, Helm, Ansible, or similar).\n\nExperience architecting and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment systems.\n\nExperience with GitLab (GitLab Runners, GitLab CI/CD, GitOps) or similar systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).\n\nExperience with artifact management systems (Artifactory, Nexus, ECR).\n\nPractical programming/scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash, or Shell scripting) in the context of automation.\n\nExperience building self-service tools for developers (APIs, CLIs, documentation).\n\nKnowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, or similar).\n\nExperience diagnosing and optimizing performance and infrastructure issues.\n\nPractical use of AI tools in engineering work (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT for infrastructure code).\n\nExperience working with configuration management tools (Git, Policy as Code).\n\nNice to Have\nExperience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) from a platform team perspective.\n\nExperience implementing and maintaining DORA metrics for an organization.\n\nExperience with Multi-Cloud or Hybrid Cloud architecture.\n\nExperience with Security & Compliance in infrastructure context (RBAC, secrets management, compliance scanning).\n\nExperience with Cost Optimization and FinOps in cloud environments.\n\nExperience building and maintaining disaster recovery and high availability systems.\n\nExperience with GitOps and progressive delivery (Flux, ArgoCD, Kyverno).\n\nCertifications in Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) or Kubernetes
