me\").\n\nRequirements\nExperience in product management (fintech experience is a plus).\n\nKnowledge of new technology trends, AI solutions, e-commerce, SaaS, mobile, and web applications.\n\nBuilding products and features based on KPI-driven goals and data analysis.\n\nHigh attentiveness to customer needs and experience in conducting the product discovery phase.\n\nExperience in creating business requirements and executing them alongside the product team.\n\nExperience and ability to conduct business and system analysis, as well as process automation.\n\nPractical experience in facilitating workshop-based meetings to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders.\n\nHigh level of independence and a self-starter attitude.\n\nExperience working with a cross-functional, agile team.\n\nEnglish proficiency of at least B2 level.\n\nOpenness to and practical experience in using AI-based tools in a Product Manager's daily work.\n\nPersonal
