If you are looking for challenges and want to gain valuable experience in an international business environment, XTB is the right place for you.\nWe are a certified Great Place to Work company.\nWe are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant (Application Engineer) to join our Technology Platform area and support the implementation, development and long-term maintenance of SAP at XTB.\nThis role combines SAP expertise, business analysis and project ownership. You will support the implementation of SAP as the company’s general ledger system, work closely with Accounting, Finance, Procurement and Technology teams, and cooperate with external vendors to ensure that delivered solutions are high-quality, scalable and aligned with business needs.\nResponsibilities\nSupporting the implementation of SAP as a general ledger system at XTB,\n\nTranslating accounting, controlling and procurement-related business requirements into SAP configuration and system processes,\n\nWorking closely with external implementation partners and challenging proposed solutions from a quality and business-fit perspective,\n\nCooperating with Accounting, Finance, Procurement and Technology teams,\n\nSupporting data migration, integrations and data flows between SAP and other systems,\n\nConfiguring, maintaining and developing SAP processes after implementation,\n\nTaking ownership of assigned topics, identifying risks and proposing solutions,\n\nSupporting the long-term development of the SAP environment at XTB.\n\nRequirements\nStrong knowledge of SAP from the perspective of financial systems, especially SAP used as a general ledger system,\n\nHands-on experience in SAP implementation from scratch in an organization,\n\nPractical understanding of accounting and controlling processes, including general ledger, chart of accounts and accounting configuration,\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into SAP configuration and system solutions,\n\nExperience in configuring and maintaining SAP processes internally,\n\nExperience in integrating SAP with other systems and managing financial data flows,\n\nAbility to verify and challenge solutions delivered by external vendors,\n\nStrong analytical skills and project-oriented mindset,\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work with demanding business stakeholders, especially Accounting and Finance teams,\n\nOwnership, proactivity and structured approach to work.\n\nNice to have\nExperience with SAP Private Cloud,\n\nExperience with SAP FI/CO implementations in international or medium/large organizations,\n\nExperience with procurement processes in SAP,\n\nExperience supporting further SAP module rollouts, for example Controlling, Procurement, Talent or Payroll,\n\nExperience working with technical teams responsible for infrastructure,
