company.\nResponsibilities\nDesigning, modifying, and maintaining business reports and applications using Power BI and Databricks.\nWorking in a Databricks/dbt environment, including developing and maintaining data processing pipelines.\nBuilding and collaborating on the development of AI Agents within the Databricks environment.\nPreparing and modifying SQL scripts for data modeling.\nSupporting the team in requirements analysis, identifying data sources, and building ETL processes.\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams and programs to create datasets that meet reporting needs and address systemic issues.\nDeveloping and maintaining project documentation.\nImplementing best practices, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and optimizing processes.\nMentoring team members and supporting the development of their technical skills.\nCollaborating within the project team using Jira for planning, tracking, and task management to ensure efficient project delivery.\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data visualization, and analytics.\nProficiency in data modeling, process optimization, and building data marts.\nAdvanced knowledge of Power BI (DAX, DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, T-SQL).\nAdvanced knowledge of Databricks (DABs, Lakeflow Pipelines, Metric Views, and optimization techniques).\nExperience in Power BI environment management, working with .pbip files alongside version control systems (e.g., Git).\nUnderstanding of DevOps practices and hands-on collaboration in process automation (e.g., CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code).\nPractical experience working in cloud environments (Databricks, Azure).\nImplementing data quality controls and validation processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.\nOpenness to learning and adapting to new technologies and concepts.\nFamiliarity with Data Governance concepts and Data Mesh architecture.\nNice to have\nFamiliarity with AI Coding Agents (Claude Code, etc.).\nCertifications in Power BI, Databricks, dbt, Azure, or GCP.\nKnowledge of financial instruments and markets.\nWhat we offer\nReal
